Clive qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, specialising in small businesses. He has over 20 years corporate finance and corporate broking experience, initially with Kleinwort Benson and Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance.

Clive spent five years at Seymour Pierce and a further five years at Williams de Broe, where he became Head of Corporate Finance and Corporate Sales.

Clive joined finnCap in April 2006.
Clive has worked on numerous IPO and secondary fund raising assignments. He has completed transactions in the USA, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Ireland, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Bermuda. Clive is the non-executive chairman of AIM listed Roxi Petroleum, an oil and gas exploration and production company operating in Kazakhstan. He is also a qualified corporate treasurer.
